Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy seeks a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM planning team supporting multiple pharmacy departments. You will elevate models, standardize practices, and shape best-in-class workforce planning for clinical pharmacy operations.

The role involves partnering with operations and finance, mentoring analysts, and driving cross-functional alignment while maintaining rigorous governance and analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning in healthcare/ops.
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans (headcount, attrition, occupancy).
• Strong budgeting support and variance/attribution analysis.
• Advanced Excel modeling with large datasets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for leadership.
• Ability to work independently and align stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term demand forecasting for assigned departments across pharmacists, technicians, and support roles.
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill levels.
• Lead annual budgeting cycle and correlate workforce costs with budgets.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance stakeholders.
• Refine forecasting methodologies and governance, raising analytics maturity.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR/Talent Acquisition, Training, and vendors to ensure executable plans.
• Mentor planning analysts and promote consistent planning standards.
