Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, part of Humana Inc., seeks a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for a centralized WFM Planning team servicing multiple pharmacy departments.

The role focuses on improving models, standardizing processes, and driving best-in-class workforce planning for a clinical pharmacy operation. Remote work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning in healthcare/center operations.
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans (headcount, attrition, occupancy).
• Strong financial skills: budgeting cycles and variance/attribution analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, Power Query).
• Excellent communication, able to present plans to leaders clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term demand forecasting for assigned departments, turning volume and drivers into workload projections.
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill level.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning cycle with Finance; provide variance analysis.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance; align on hiring and trade-offs.
• Improve forecasting methodologies; governance and standards; raise analytical maturity.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Training, and vendors to ensure executable plans.
• Mentor planning analysts and promote repeatable planning standards.
