Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Senior Workforce Management Capacity Planner to turn business demand into actionable workforce plans across U.S. operations. You will forecast, model capacity, and shape staffing strategy with input from Finance, Training, and global teams.

You will leverage Verint, Excel, Power BI, and related tools to improve planning accuracy, support cross-functional decision making, and optimize service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Experience with forecasting and capacity planning in multi-site or omnichannel environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term workforce forecasts using historical drivers.
• Translate forecasted demand into staffing and capacity requirements with ramp curves and attrition.
• Identify staffing gaps, surpluses, and risks by analyzing capacity against demand.
• Build scenario models to evaluate changes in volume, workflows, and service models.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for hiring, training, and workload balancing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce and financial planning.
