Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to own forecasting, budgeting and capacity planning for a centralized WFM team supporting multiple pharmacy departments.

You will refine models, drive the annual budget cycle, and lead capacity reviews with operations and finance while mentoring analysts to raise planning maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce management experience with forecasting or capacity planning in healthcare or similar operations.
• Experience building long-term forecasts and capacity plans (headcount, attrition, occupancy).
• Strong budgeting support and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, Power Query).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present plans to leaders.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term demand forecasting for assigned departments and translate drivers into headcount projections across roles.
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans at site, vendor, and skill level.
• Lead the annual budgeting and planning cycle with Finance and present variance analysis.
• Lead monthly capacity reviews with operations and finance; surface risks and secure alignment.
• Improve forecasting methodologies and governance; raise analytical maturity of planning.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure executable plans and document standards.
• Mentor planning analysts and promote consistent planning practices.
