Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Analyst, HR Technology to design, configure, and maintain Workday-based solutions, supporting HR processes and reporting.
You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and Infosec to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations and analytics. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in Workday configuration, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

The Sr. Analyst, HR Technology will support the IT HR Technology Manager and be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining solutions across the firm's HR systems, with a primary focus on the Workday platform, to support business processes and improve organizational efficiency. This position requires strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will bring experience with Workday business process configuration, security, benefits, compensation, functional HR processes, and reporting and analytics. The candidate will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, evaluate priorities, and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
This position may work remotely on a regular basis but must be located in a state where we have an established US office.
