Job summary

The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to act as the Workday SME and drive optimization of HR technology for our expanding organization.

Based in Lincoln, NE with remote flexibility, you will configure Workday, manage security, develop reports and dashboards, and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to deliver workforce insights that support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday administrator and SME for the HRIS, ensuring performance and alignment with business needs.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, notifications, validations, and settings.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support operations and decision-making.
• Manage Workday releases, testing, and communication of system changes to stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and leadership to deliver workforce analytics and reporting.
