Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Consultant to partner with sales and account teams, delivering dedicated wellness consulting to a national client base. The role emphasizes strategic program development, stakeholder collaboration, and driving wellness culture across virtual, onsite, and hybrid environments.

Requires 5+ years in employer health promotion and wellness programs, strong communication and project management skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in employer health and wellness promotion fostering a culture of wellness in a corporate environment.
• 5+ years of experience with wellness programs and services.
• 3+ years demonstrated project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with corporate employee benefit programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, coordination, management, and maintenance of a large national corporation wellness program across virtual, onsite and hybrid settings.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals and wellness culture.
• Recommend Wellness Calendar with onsite screening initiatives and engagement events with vendors.
• Support client benefits/total rewards teams in wellness events and coordinate referrals to programs.
• Present CVS Health resources and programs to clients for consideration.
