Hightouch is seeking a senior web engineer to own and evolve our marketing website, collaborating with marketing and design to position our offerings with cutting-edge AI/ML features. You will lead design-driven web projects, integrate Sanity CMS for marketer-managed content, and build a scalable design system.

The role emphasizes high-quality UX, performance, and accessibility, with opportunities to craft engaging Motion/GSAP animations that reinforce our brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/web engineering experience with React/TypeScript/Next.js.
• Strong design taste and obsessive attention to detail.
• Experience with code-based animations using Motion or GSAP or collaborating on creative implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, scoping, and implementation of marketing website projects (e.g., feature pages, blog revamps).
• Integrate CMS-powered interfaces (Sanity) enabling marketers to update content independently.
• Build and maintain a design system to support high-velocity, high-standards UX.
• Develop engaging animations using Motion/GSAP to enhance product storytelling.
• Ensure the site reinforces our brand identity through design judgment.
