Job summary

Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud company, seeks a Sr. Regional Web Strategy Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and performance for regional websites across MX, CAN, and EMEA.

You will align regional sites with how buyers research, evaluate, and buy, and shape experiences, roadmaps, and measurement. This cross-functional IC role partners with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, and Web Engineering to scale globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web product management, digital experience, or web strategy with ownership of a high-traffic marketing site
• Experience owning web experiences in multiple international markets
• Track record of running a web experimentation program
• Knowledge of web analytics and experimentation tools (GA, Mixpanel, Tableau, A/B testing)
• Technical SEO and AEO foundation, including international considerations
• Experience with modern web stack: CMS, components, performance, release process
• Executive communication skills with stakeholders across geographies
• Track record of influence without formal authority
• Experience building AI workflows or agents in workflow design

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Samsara's regional websites across MX, CAN, and EMEA
• Define success metrics and reporting for regional web performance
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, content strategists, and regional marketers
• Build and run the regional site experimentation program (CRO, testing, personalization)
• Drive content marketing synergy: SEO and AEO initiatives
• Identify AI use cases and deploy agents to regional site management
• Lead complex regional web initiatives from concept to launch and measurement
• Report progress to marketing leadership and regional stakeholders with actionable recommendations
• Raise capability of web/marketing teams through mentorship and knowledge sharing
• Champion Samsara’s core cultural principles in global scaling
