Job summary

Brown and Caldwell seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive planning and delivery of large water and wastewater programs. Remote work is possible, with travel to client sites and local offices as required.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, oversee governance, risk, and benefits management, and ensure programs achieve stated goals. You will guide program governance, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvements across planning, initiation, delivery and closeout phases,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in project or program management.
• Experience delivering large, complex programs in water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Utilize our program management services to offer optimal client solutions.
• Leverage planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout lifecycle phases.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support performance and benefits realization, monitor progress, adjust as needed.
• Apply sales techniques for successful negotiation and transactions.
• Be flexible to take on additional assignments as needs evolve.
