Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Solution Architect, Water, to guide water utilities and partners through digital transformation using Bentley's infrastructure engineering and digital twin solutions. You will connect business goals with Bentley's software portfolio, engage executives, and lead multi-year roadmaps and complex pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant training/experience.
• 15+ years in water/infrastructure industries.
• 7+ years implementing Bentley water solutions, incl. OpenFlows.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading tech discussions.
• Strong knowledge of water utility processes and digital transformation.
• Experience presenting technical and executive-level presentations.
• Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bentley at conferences, user groups, and executive forums.
• Mentor Application Engineers and Solution Architects.
• Lead complex technical pursuits, value discussions, and executive presentations.
• Identify AI, automation, and analytics opportunities in workflows.
• Architect solutions connecting engineering, geospatial, asset, sensor, and IoT data.
• Lead discovery workshops and multi-year digital transformation roadmaps.
• Translate customer priorities into scalable Bentley strategies.
