Job summary

ms consultants, inc. seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead design efforts for water and wastewater facilities in the Eastern Time Zone, with options to work in office or remotely.

You will collect data, perform hydraulic analyses, and help prepare contract documents for city and utility clients. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and PE license preferred, with experience in water/wastewater treatment and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred or to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Water/wastewater treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review data, perform calculations, prepare contract documents as necessary to assist with the design.
• Assist project team staff on preliminary and final design documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
• Assist with preparation of preliminary engineering design reports or studies
• Working on design projects involving treatment process and hydraulic analysis, equipment selection and layout for either water or wastewater treatment facilities
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
