Job summary
Consor is seeking a Water Distribution System Modeler and Planner to lead sophisticated modeling and planning initiatives for public and private utilities. The role blends technical modeling with project leadership, client relationships, and business development in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with hydraulics emphasis.
- 10+ years of professional experience in water distribution system modeling and planning.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Demonstrated experience developing and applying hydraulic models for system analysis."
- Proficiency with modeling tools: EPANET, InfoWater Pro, WaterCAD/WaterGEMS.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical leader or project manager on water distribution modeling projects.
- Develop, calibrate, and analyze hydraulic models to evaluate performance and scenarios.
- Prepare engineering reports and planning studies for clients and regulatory audiences.
- Support CIP and long-range infrastructure planning efforts.
- Collaborate with GIS, data integration, and operations staff to feed modeling workflows.
