Consor is seeking a Water Distribution System Modeler and Planner to advance our Utility Planning practice in a role combining technical modeling depth with leadership and client engagement. The position offers a fully remote option and a compensation range of $150,000–$180,000+ depending on experience.

The candidate will lead modeling efforts, develop hydraulic models, prepare planning studies, and contribute to CIP and long-range infrastructure planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or closely related with hydraulics emphasis
• 10+ years of professional experience in water distribution system modeling and planning
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience in hydraulic modeling for system analysis and planning
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling tools listed above

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical leader on water distribution modeling and utility planning projects.
• Develop, calibrate, and analyze hydraulic models for performance and planning.
• Prepare reports and documentation for clients and regulatory audiences.
• Support CIP and master planning efforts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated water planning initiatives.
• Assist with proposals and scope development.
