Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to independently negotiate complex credit structures and close large transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial banking and treasury products; formal credit training completed.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new commercial clients (loans, deposits, treasury management)
• Structure/Ne gotiate terms and conditions to onboard quality assets
• Review and analyze financial information
• Establish and maintain positive relationships to ensure client retention and future growth
• Cross-sell other bank products and services
• Active involvement and networking in the community with ability to represent the bank
• Collaborate with credit partners to monitor and manage loan portfolio including delinquency and reviews
