Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities seeks an EVP of Projects and Development to lead the end‑to‑end management of military housing initiatives across the portfolio. This role requires deep expertise in program and project management, asset management, and development management, with a focus on delivering safe, high‑quality environments for residents and stakeholders.

• Ability to lead teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy for the Projects & Development function with the SVP.
• Assess delivery models and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Provide leadership on portfolio and project considerations and reporting.
• Oversee project stewardship as owner’s representative for military housing.
• Manage development management, budgets, schedules, and compliance.
• Lead communications with OSW and Military Services leadership.
