Qualifications

• 8-10 years leading creative at AD/Sr Manager/ACD level in retail, brand, agency or corporate.
• Up to date portfolio uploaded in application or on resume.
• Strong background in retail visual merchandising design, in-store signage, promo communications, and seasonal décor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of front store signage and seasonal design elements across the retail environment.
• Design in-store communications for campaigns, loyalty, value messaging and sale events.
• Mentor and guide team members to deliver high-quality work that aligns with brand standards.
