CVS Health seeks a Sr. Manager to lead the design and creative development of front store merchandising signage and seasonal elements across the CVS retail environment.

You will shape in-store communications that highlight promotions, loyalty, and value messaging while ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints. The role requires deep expertise in retail visual merchandising, signage systems, and seasonal décor, with collaboration across marketing, production, and external partners to deliver

Qualificações

• 8-10 years leading creative at AD, Sr Manager, or Associate Creative Director level in retail/brand/agency environment
• Up to date portfolio uploaded to application or resume
• Strong background in retail visual merchandising design, in-store signage, promotional communications, and seasonal décor
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic, customer-focused creative solutions that enhance the in-store experience
• Strong understanding of design systems across print and environmental applications
• Experience managing teams with ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills to influence cross-functional partners
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Technical skills include Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, MS Office, Mac

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative development of front store merchandising signage and seasonal design elements across the retail environment
• Design and direct in-store communications that support promotional campaigns, loyalty & value messaging, sale events, and key seasonal moments
• Create signage and décor concepts that make the front store engaging, joyful, and destination-worthy
• Translate business objectives and merchandising priorities into clear visual communication systems
• Ensure work reflects retail visual merchandising principles including hierarchy, readability, and brand consistency
• Oversee creative execution across multiple projects from concept to production
• Partner with marketing, production, and cross-functional teams to align with business needs
• Present concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders to build alignment
• Inspire and mentor team members to deliver high-quality work
• Identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and consistency
• Maintain understanding of experiential design trends and AI-enabled tools for scalable development
