Qualifications

• 8-10 years of leading creative at AD/Sr Manager or equivalent in retail, brand, agency or corporate settings.
• Up-to-date portfolio uploaded in application or on resume.
• Strong background in retail visual merchandising design, in-store signage, and seasonal décor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of front store signage and seasonal design elements across the retail environment.
• Design and direct in-store communications supporting campaigns, loyalty, value messaging, and promotions.
• Create signage concepts that make the front store engaging, joyful, and destination-worthy.
• Translate business goals into clear visual communication systems across touchpoints.
• Ensure typography, color, layout, materials, and production considerations meet brand standards.
• Oversee multiple projects from concept through final production.
• Partner with marketing, production, and cross-functional teams to align creative with business needs.
• Present concepts clearly to senior stakeholders to build alignment.
• Inspire and mentor team members to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant work.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and consistency in practice.
• Maintain awareness of experiential design trends and AI-enabled tools for scalable development.
