Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading creative at senior levels in retail/agency/corporate environments
• Strong portfolio uploaded with application or resume
• Background in retail visual merchandising, signage, seasonal décor or environmental design
• Ability to develop strategic, customer-focused creative solutions that support business goals
• Understanding of design systems across print and environmental applications; typography, color, layout, materials, production

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of front store merchandising signage and seasonal design for the retail environment
• Design in-store communications to support promotions, loyalty, value messaging, and seasonal events
• Create engaging signage and décor concepts to enhance shopability and destination feel
• Translate business objectives into clear visual communication systems
• Ensure brand consistency, hierarchy, readability, and cross-functional alignment
