Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior creative leadership with agency and/or corporate background.
• Strong portfolio across experiential design, retail communications, environmental graphics and digital content.
• Deep knowledge of environmental graphic design and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate strategy into omnichannel experiential design concepts.
• Experience leading dynamic digital content and screen-based storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakthrough creative concepts connecting customer experience strategy and business goals.
• Shape experience design across store formats, signage, displays, events, and brand touchpoints.
• Orchestrate seamless integration of physical and digital experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end creative process balancing craft, budgets and timelines.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and gain alignment.
• Mentor designers and writers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners on delivery.
