Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Professional Services Vendor Management in a high-growth Enterprise Software / SaaS company.
• Proven track record transitioning vendor models from staff augmentation to outcome-based SOWs.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise PSA tools and Vendor Management Systems.
• Auditing global vendor footprints and managing GSIs and niche partners.

Aufgaben

• Drive the Vended Services model transition and optimize the vendor ecosystem.
• Lead Magnit VMS migration, onboarding automation, and contract renewal tracking.
• Own subcontractor demand forecasting with regional Workforce Leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve resourcing bottlenecks and report milestones in Asana.
