Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a UX AI Designer to shape intuitive AI-driven experiences across enterprise systems. The role spans Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and workflow automation, translating complex AI capabilities into practical, user-centered designs.

You will partner with AI engineers and stakeholders in Sedgwick's Transformation Office to deliver scalable, accessible experiences, conduct user research, and define design standards that promote responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

Seven years of UX design experience, including AI-enabled products.
Experience with enterprise platforms and digital transformation.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products.
Design for Generative AI platforms, chat interfaces, and workflows.
Partner with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate AI into practical designs.
Develop user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design conversational prompts, flows, and human-in-the-loop review experiences.
Apply human-centered design to ensure transparency and trust in AI tools.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
