Sedgwick is seeking a senior UX AI Designer to shape intuitive AI experiences across enterprise systems. The role focuses on translating Generative AI capabilities into human-centered design, working with AI architects, engineers, and business leaders.

You will develop journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows, ensuring transparency, accessibility, and effective adoption across the transformation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
• Master’s degree in AI Interaction Design or related discipline preferred.
• Seven years of UX design experience, with index in AI-enabled products and enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and automation workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and platforms.
• Design UX for Generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, and workflow automation tools.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, and business leaders to translate AI capabilities into user-friendly designs.
• Develop user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create prompts, flows, and escalation paths for AI-enabled experiences.
• Ensure designs are transparent, trustworthy, and accessible.
