You will design for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, copilots, and workflow automation, partnering with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and business leaders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Seven years of related experience in user experience design.
Experience designing for Generative AI and enterprise AI platforms.
Strong collaboration across product, engineering, data, and business teams.
Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into usable interfaces.

Responsibilities

Leads the user experience strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and workflows.
Designs interfaces for Generative AI platforms, conversational tools, and workflow automation.
Partners with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into practical designs.
Develops user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows.
Creates prompts and interaction patterns for chat-based experiences.
Supports governance, explainability, and responsible AI use.
Evaluates design effectiveness through user research and usability testing.
