Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a UX AI Designer to shape human-centered AI experiences across enterprise systems in the US. You will translate Generative AI capabilities into practical, scalable designs while collaborating with AI architects, engineers, product owners, and business leaders.

You will develop journeys, wireframes, and conversational interfaces, advocate accessibility, explainability, and responsible AI, and drive adoption through partnerships with change management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Seven years of UX design experience with AI-enabled products or enterprise platforms preferred.
• Experience designing conversational interfaces, copilots, or AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leads UX strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and platforms.
• Designs for Generative AI platforms, conversational tools, and workflow automation.
• Translates AI capabilities into practical, user-centered designs.
• Develops user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows.
• Designs prompts, prompts flows, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Collaborates with AI architects, data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
