Job summary

Simformotion LLC is seeking a Senior Unity Programmer to design, build, and enhance Unity-based simulation products used for training and education. You will work on physics-based systems, performance optimization, and cross-functional initiatives with a focus on reliability and maintainability.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with designers, QA, and engineers in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional programming in simulation, game, or interactive software.
• Expert Unity and C# proficiency with large-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of real-time simulation principles and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex Unity systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain Unity-based simulation products for training.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and QA to implement features.
• Write clean, documented C# code and optimize performance.
• Participate in agile lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Integrate 3D assets, animations, and external systems into Unity.
