Job summary

Reveal Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer with deep expertise in Unity, C#, and realtime 3D graphics to drive cross‑platform application development.

You will craft high‑performance code, design robust architectures, and push the boundaries of immersive simulations for field operations. You will optimize performance, write maintainable code, author design documents, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features across desktop, mobile, and web platforms,

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience writing production code.
• Strong knowledge of the Unity game engine.
• Experience writing shaders (HLSL, GLSL, etc.).
• Experience working with Blazor.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem, including multithreading, large amounts of abstraction, memory management, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with low-level 3D graphics pipelines.
• Experience with building cross-platform applications for desktop, mobile, and web using a variety of UI platforms.
• Experience building complex UI using MVVM principles.
• Experience working directly with low-level graphics pipelines (OpenGL, WebGL, Metal, Vulkan, etc.).
• Experience developing and deploying distributed systems using ASP.NET, gRPC, and REST APIs.
• XR/VR development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient code for realtime 3D graphics applications
• Write and oversee code quality, test automation, development standards, and best practices, ensuring robust, clean, and maintainable codebases
• Write design documents for product features and application architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize frontend solutions
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
