Intuitive is seeking a Senior Unity Engineer focused on Unity physics and advanced kinematics to build and optimize our digital twin robot simulations. Qualifications

• Expert in Unity physics and forward/inverse kinematics.
• Experience translating real-world robotic behavior into simulation.
• Balance realism, performance, maintainability, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate real-world robot code and adapt it to the digital twin robot codebase.
• Profile, diagnose, and optimize CPU, GPU, and memory for XR performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product owners and subject matter experts to translate robotic behavior into simulation.
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs and pragmatic implementation decisions to support product goals and schedules.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and long-term platform maintainability.
