Simformotion LLC, the licensee for Cat® Simulators for Caterpillar Inc., seeks a Senior Unity Programmer to design, build, and improve Unity-based simulation products used for training and education.

You will lead complex systems, mentor peers, and collaborate across designers, artists, producers, QA, and developers in an agile environment. Expected expertise includes Unity, C#, and real-time simulation knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional programming experience in the simulation, game, or interactive software industry.
• Expert-level proficiency with Unity and C#.
• Strong experience developing systems and features within Unity across technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of complex systems and tools within Unity.
• Developing and maintaining simulation products using Unity, focusing on training logic and performance.
• Building, refining, and troubleshooting systems involving real-time simulation behaviors.
