Job summary

Singleton Schreiber LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Paralegal to join our Mass Torts team. The role is fully remote in the United States, with travel for trials, hearings, and meetings as needed. It requires 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience and strong trial preparation skills.

You will support attorneys with trial preparation, manage exhibits and witness lists, and draft complex litigation documents across state and federal courts. A paralegal certificate is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience including trial preparation
• Experience handling mass tort and plaintiff-side litigation
• Experience with state and federal court filings
• Experience with e-discovery and document management systems
• Paralegal certificate or California qualification

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-litigation through trial and post-trial proceedings
• Assist with trial preparation including binders, exhibits, and witness lists
• Provide trial support and manage exhibits, witnesses, and logistics
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and discovery materials
• Prepare complex trial documents and tables of authorities
• Coordinate depositions and summarize transcripts
• Coordinate and manage discovery and document production
• Manage CM/ECF and PACER filings
• Track deadlines, hearings, and trial dates
• Communicate with clients, experts, vendors, opposing counsel, and court personnel
