You will mentor a team of Transportation Solutions Managers and collaborate with leadership, Sales, Finance, and Technology to translate data into actionable cost-saving, service, and network optimization initiatives.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree or 8+ years of transportation/logistics experience.
• Experience leading a multi-functional transportation team.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Ability to travel to regional warehouses.
• Knowledge of Omnitracs and routing software.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic advisor to RDC leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Improve final-mile performance with route optimization and analytics.
• Lead and develop Transportation Solutions Managers and Coordinators.
• Translate analytics into actionable transportation decisions and improvements.
• Develop network and fleet strategies with cost savings in sight.
• Inform long-range equipment strategy with data-driven insights.
• Communicate complex data insights to executives and frontline leaders.
