Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transportation Insights Manager to align transportation strategy with enterprise priorities and customer commitments.

You will lead a cross-functional team across Transportation, Sales, ISC Finance, and Technology to deliver data-driven insights and optimized routing solutions. The role focuses on cost savings, network design, and fleet strategy while supporting the RDC network with analytics, performance benchmarks, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and 5+ years of transportation/logistics experience; or High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of transportation/logistics experience.
• Prior management experience or experience as Route Optimization Manager or Transportation Insights Manager.
• Strong analytical skills to translate large sets of data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.
• Experience growing, developing, and leading a team across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning transportation strategy with priorities and customer commitments.
• Support improvement of final-mile delivery performance through solution design and analytic insight, leading a team of managers.
• Lead, coach, and develop Transportation Solutions Managers to build long-term bench strength.
• Translate transportation analytics into execution, driving improvements in OTIF, route adherence, and cost per pound.
