Job summary

Shaw Industries Ltd seeks a Senior Transportation Insights Manager to design end-to-end transportation solutions and drive cost-efficient delivery with cross-functional collaboration. You will lead a team of Transportation Solutions Managers and Coordinators across the RDC network, turning data into strategic actions for optimal OTIF, cost and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and 5+ years of transportation/logistics experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years in transportation/logistics.
• Prior management experience or experience as Route Optimization Manager or Transportation Insights Manager.
• Strong analytical skills to translate large data sets into strategic insights.
• Experience growing and leading a team across multiple business areas.
• Knowledge of Shaw's products, services, and culture; business data acumen.
• Ability to balance agile and critical thinking and present data clearly.
• Effective verbal and written communication, and project management.
• Ability to travel to regional warehouses nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to RDC leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Transportation, Sales, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
• Support continuous improvement of final-mile delivery performance through solution design, route optimization, and analytics.
• Lead, coach, and develop Transportation Solutions Managers and Coordinators.
• Translate analytics into execution, driving measurable OTIF and cost improvements.
• Guide network design, fleet sizing, and capacity tradeoffs at RDC levels.
• Establish short and long-term transportation plans with clear expectations.
• Identify cost savings opportunities across owned, dedicated, and outsourced fleets.
• Act as SME for Omnitracs and related platforms; collaborate on scalable enhancements.
