Qualifications

7 years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, business analysis, performance improvement, project management, finance, analytics, or related field.
Healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or hospital experience.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working on cross-functional projects or initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, data analysis tools, and presentation development.
Experience developing executive presentations and business cases.
Advanced knowledge of healthcare performance improvement, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and change management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and drive measurable organizational results.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and productivity.
