Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, business analysis, performance improvement, project management, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or hospital experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, data analysis tools, and presentation development.
• Experience developing executive presentations and business cases.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare performance improvement, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and change management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and drive measurable organizational results.
• Preferred: Proven ability to leverage AI and digital technologies to transform workflows, accelerate project delivery, improve operational effectiveness, and drive measurable business outcomes.
