Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and skills development for Customer Success roles, focusing on Marketing Assistants and Account Managers. You will develop and facilitate training across the Scorpion technology suite and digital marketing concepts.

You'll partner with CS leaders and cross-functional teams to identify needs, translate gaps into learning solutions, and continuously enhance programs based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Enablement/Training/Account Management/Customer Success/Learning & Development, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE) and applying them to training design.
• Experience using learner feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to improve programs.
• Strong knowledge of LMS/enablement platforms, Zoom, Google Workspace, and MS Office 365; CRM/CS tools preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and client outcomes.
• Understanding of customer success, account management, and client-service workflows.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve onboarding and skills-training for customer-facing roles.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences.
• Create and maintain curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and resources for Scorpion tech and digital marketing.
• Assess learning needs with CS leaders and SMEs; recommend solutions.
• Own LMS learning paths: structure, scheduling, enrollment, completion tracking.
• Analyze feedback, assessments, and performance data to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implement improvements.
• Maintain enablement content library for scalable resources.
• Partner with Account Managers and leaders to reflect evolving tools and processes.
• Serve as SME for onboarding, Scorpion technology, and account-management practices.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional enablement initiatives.
• Mentor other facilitators without direct people-management responsibilities.
