Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support Account Managers and Directors in delivering a high-quality client experience by upholding service standards and completing reactive and proactive client tasks promptly and professionally.

The main objective is to meet client and team needs with exceptional turnaround time to ensure we’re always providing the best experience possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, advertising, business, or communications.
• 0-1 year of experience including internships; recent graduates are welcome.
• Experience in customer service, marketing, or account coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients professionally via email and phone.
• Support Account Managers and Directors by coordinating requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues related to the client’s website, campaign, or account.
• Address basic client campaign questions and maintain proactive follow-up.
• Track client emails to ensure acknowledgment by end of day.
