Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a customer contact center, virtual or in person.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound trade customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Process order management requests including pricing verification and inventory.
• Resolve complex pre- and post-delivery inquiries and returns.
• Maintain data accuracy across SAP, Salesforce, and other systems.
