Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Senior Representative for the Home Depot Pro Desk, overseeing end-to-end order administration, issue resolution, and customer interactions via email, phone, and chat. This role supports trade customers and sales teams, de-escalates complex inquiries, and ensures SOP compliance.

The position involves working across SAP ECC, Salesforce, and other platforms, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous trade or virtual call center experience preferred.
• Experience manipulating and analyzing data.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inbound trade customer interactions via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Process order management requests, verify pricing and stock availability, perform order updates, and manage quote center and return/reorder workflows.
• Handle complex pre- and post-delivery inquiries, delivery blocks, and return work items with SLA compliance.
• Maintain efficiency across SAP ECC, Salesforce, Genesys, REX, and iWD platforms.
• Follow SOPs and QRGs to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for improvement (OIs).
• Available to work a 40-hour schedule.
