Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Broker Dealer Operations, Associate based in the United States for a remote role supporting the daily infrastructure behind a U.S. equities brokerage business.

You will ensure customer accounts, trades, cash, positions, transfers, and corporate actions are processed accurately, while driving improvements and maintaining controls across internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services operations or related field.
• Familiarity with the U.S. equities lifecycle including order processing, settlement and transfers.
• Experience investigating data breaks and reconciliation discrepancies to resolution.
• Ability to follow procedures in regulated environment with sound judgment.
• Familiarity with clearing platforms such as Apex Clearing or equivalent.
• Experience with Jira, SQL, or workflow automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations between internal and clearing firm records.
• Support onboarding and maintenance of customer accounts, including documentation review and exception tracking.
• Process inbound/outbound securities transfers (ACATs) from intake to resolution of exceptions.
• Monitor operational alerts and queues, prioritizing issues by impact and coordinating remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clearing partners to resolve issues.
• Support corporate action processing and validate allocations with deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records to support auditable, repeatable processes.
• Identify recurring issues and propose practical improvements to efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to initiatives reducing manual work and improving outcomes.
• Use generative AI with appropriate human oversight to enhance workflow efficiency.
