Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise or hardware data centers, leading cross-functional programs.
• Deep understanding of hardware lifecycle in large-scale AI infrastructure.
• Technical capability to collaborate with engineering on AI systems.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and adapt priorities with evolving tech.
• Strong communication and relationship-building for partner teams and leadership.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs across AI factory development, deployment, and support to close readiness gaps.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Field Application Engineers, and sales to align technical requirements and customer expectations.
• Assess partner services against customer needs and develop programs to address gaps in support capabilities.
• Engage with engineering and support teams to shape plans and resolve technical issues with internal experts.
• Influence leadership on technical and business implications, establishing clear ownership and milestones.
• Utilize field operations data and feedback to enhance partner workflows and deployment processes.
• Transform lessons learned into repeatable improvements in products and lifecycle support.
