Activision Blizzard, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Finance Engineering to lead end-to-end IT programs remotely. You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across enterprise applications with global stakeholders.

The role requires strong program management, Agile maturity, and ability to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic entertainment technology environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in program/product/project management for enterprise applications.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs or projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for the portfolio of applications.
• Prioritize projects and allocate resources to achieve schedules and budgets.
• Develop status reporting and communicate risks, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications for aligned newsletters and standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Build relationships with executives, leaders, and teams to deliver objectives.
• Define and improve project management processes and Agile practices.
• Coordinate test management plans, change management plans, and approvals with stakeholders.
