Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience, especially in Finance/Accounting analysis, decision support, and M&A.
• Experience with AI tooling, G Suite, virtual data rooms, and large-scale technology/business applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven people management and team-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget while managing moderate-risk factors.
• Engage in strategic planning and interact with executive management to resolve complex issues.
• Oversee scope definition, requirements, scheduling, budget management, and status reporting.
• Manage internal teams and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements meeting requirements.
• Assess risks and apply management principles to technology applications and business functions.
