Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
8+ years of experience in technical program management or related field.
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology programs.
Strong experience with Jira, dashboards, reporting, and execution management tools.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working across distributed or geographically diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple teams and milestones.
Own RAID management and ensure risk, issue, assumptions, and dependencies are tracked.
Establish program operating rhythms with reviews, status reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
Track program health, identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigations.
Improve delivery predictability by applying program management best practices and metrics.
Communicate status, risks, decisions, and milestones to senior leadership.
Collaborate with distributed/global teams to ensure alignment and execution.
