RK&K is seeking a motivated Senior Toll Specialist to join our tolling practice. You will apply thorough knowledge of tolling, planning, analysis, and system implementations across roadside and back-office environments.

This remote role requires 10+ years with DOTs/toll agencies, strong written and oral communication, and proven experience in toll infrastructure and customer service operations. Join a team delivering impactful transportation solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of ten years of technical/operational experience with DOTs and toll agencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience with toll infrastructure, roadside and back-office systems, and toll-related operations.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical, operational and data analytics support on tolling projects.
• Review toll system requirements, designs, planning studies, test plans and operations concepts.
• Assist design and development of tolling concepts, reports, equipment specs, and back-office communications.
• Support integration plans, testing procedures and commissioning documentation for toll systems.
• Support implementation of tolling and IT systems, and procurement documentation for clients.
