Zusammenfassung

RK&K is seeking a Senior Toll Specialist to join our tolling department in a remote capacity. You will apply a decade of experience with DOTs and toll agencies to analyze, design, and implement tolling systems and related back-office operations.

You will collaborate with teams to review requirements, develop KPI reporting, and support procurement and testing activities for toll projects, contributing to client outcomes and overall program success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of ten years technical and/or operational experience with DOTs and toll agencies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to company growth and success.
• Experience with toll infrastructure, roadside and back-office systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical, operational and data analytics support on projects.
• Prepare and/or perform technical review of toll system requirements and designs, planning studies, engineering analyses, test plans, and Concepts of Operations.
• Assist in the design and development of tolling concepts and reports including requirement analysis, technology review and selection, toll equipment specifications, and back-office communications and operating systems.
• Support the tolling group with the development and review of system integration plans, testing procedures and commissioning documentation for toll systems.
• Support the implementation of tolling systems and IT systems.
• Assist in the development of procurement documentation for tolling clients with respect to technical, functional, and operational specifications including performing research on industry best practices and leading edge approaches to enhance client outcomes.
• Help to develop and implement KPI reporting tools for toll vendor contracts on various tolling projects.
