Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Test Lead - FACETS Configuration to drive QA for a large healthcare payer platform engagement. You will lead testing across the SDLC, develop test strategies, review scenarios and test cases, and communicate outcomes to clients.

This client-facing leadership role requires FACETS configuration expertise, strong analytical skills, and clear stakeholder communications within an Agile or enterprise delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with FACETS in healthcare payer environments.
• Strong SDLC/STLC knowledge.
• Experience in test planning, strategy, and execution management.
• Excellent communication and client-facing walkthroughs.
• Proven leadership in QA on enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
