Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Manager - Healthcare to lead end-to-end quality assurance for large healthcare payer programs. You will own test strategy, governance, release readiness, and cross-functional delivery across multi-vendor onsite and offshore teams.

You will partner with client stakeholders to drive testing excellence, manage SLAs and risks, and mentor engineers while aligning with Cognizant's healthcare transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering experience with healthcare payer focus.
• Experience leading end-to-end testing for large-scale Facets programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership.
• Domain knowledge of Healthcare Payer operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery across healthcare payer programs.
• Own test strategy, estimation, planning, execution, defect management and release governance.
• Provide testing governance across Facets programs and multiple workstreams.
• Lead multi-vendor onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Manage client and executive stakeholder communication, SLAs and risks.
