Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Vendor Manager to oversee PENN's technology vendor portfolio and governance at scale. You will coordinate with technology leaders, legal, sourcing, and finance to ensure contracts, invoicing, and renewals are executed effectively.

You will manage vendor onboarding, evaluations, and performance, while driving reporting and governance improvements across the organization. This role is remote with collaboration across North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and contract administration.
• Proven ability to work with legal, sourcing, and finance teams.
• Experience building governance processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of technology vendors from onboarding through renewal or termination.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of vendors, contracts, milestones, and governance records.
• Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and governance activities across stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate vendor reviews and business discussions, tracking commitments to completion.
• Support vendor evaluations, market analyses, and sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain visibility into vendor performance, spend, obligations, risks, and renewals.
• Develop governance processes to improve accountability and decision-making.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Other duties as required.
